FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling en productie van kwalitatieve slaapoplossingen, waaronder matrassen, lattenbodems, box springs en bijbehorende accessoires, zijn we op zoek naar een technisch operator.

De organisatie kent de afgelopen jaren een sterke groei en blijft investeren in moderne productietechnologieën, en bijkomende productielocaties. Het bedrijf onderscheidt zich door een dynamische werkomgeving, een pragmatische aanpak, en een sterke nadruk op kwaliteit en vakmanschap.

Functieomschrijving Als technisch operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en veilig laten draaien van de productiemachines. Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Bedienden en afstellen van de productiemachines
  • Opvolgen van het productieproces
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles
  • Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werking van de machines

PROFIEL

We zijn op zoek naar een technisch aangelegde kandidaat, met productie-ervaring. Je kan jezelf in het volgende herkennen:

  • Ervaring binnen de productie, en een aantoonbaar technisch inzicht
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, en duidelijke communicatievaardigheden
  • Bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegsysteem
  • Een stabiel CV
  • Fysiek in goede conditie, en nauwkeurig in je werk

  • Een loon van €16/uur + 6% ploegenpremie + maaltijdcheques van €5 (na 6 gewerkte maanden wordt dit €!)
