Dit productiebedrijf heeft een dagelijkse focus op veilige en efficiënte productieprocessen en zoekt een Technisch Operator die kan bijdragen aan continue productie en kwaliteitsbewaking in Utrecht. De rol bevindt zich in een productieomgeving met een roterend werkrooster van 2 ploegen en vereist praktische betrokkenheid bij bediening en eenvoudige instel- en afstelwerkzaamheden aan machines. In deze functie signaleert de medewerker storingen, voert basiscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen volgens vastgestelde procedures. De organisatie werkt met gestandaardiseerde werk- en veiligheidsinstructies en verwacht dat medewerkers hier consequent mee omgaan. Er is ruimte voor het ontwikkelen van technische vaardigheden door praktijkgerichte werkzaamheden op de werkvloer en korte instructieperiodes tijdens de inwerkfase. De werkplek vraagt om nauwkeurigheid en het vermogen om logisch te handelen bij mechanische problemen zodat de productie zo min mogelijk stilvalt.
