Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zoeken we een technisch operator spuitgieten in 2 ploegen voor een direct vast contract bij een internationale marktleider in hoogwaardig hang- en sluitwerk.

Ben jij een technisch talent dat houdt van precisie en zware machines? Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement bieden wij jou een onmiddellijke vaste aanstelling bij een gerespecteerde Belgische marktleider. Als technisch operator spuitgieten word je verantwoordelijk voor een cluster van 6 tot 12 geavanceerde machines. Je werkt met Zamak ¿ een krachtige legering van zink, aluminium, magnesium en koper ¿ en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Je krijgt de kans om een uniek productieproces te beheersen, van het instellen van de smeltparameters tot het finetunen van de matrijzen. Een uitdagende rol in een modern machinepark waar jouw technisch inzicht en oog voor detail echt het verschil maken.

  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en hebt ervaring met spuitgieten of bent een leergierige technicus die dit proces wil leren.
  • Je kunt logisch redeneren bij storingen, werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en bent handig met diverse handgereedschappen.
  • Je bent een zelfstandige werker die vlot communiceert met collega's om de gezamenlijke productiedoelen te behalen.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een stabiel 2-ploegenstelsel en hebt een grote focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed om de technische instructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt te kunnen opvolgen.
  • Ombouwen en nauwkeurig voorbereiden van de machines door het monteren en demonteren van matrijzen, inzetblokken en uitstoters.
  • Opstarten en instellen van de procesparameters, zoals inspuitdruk, smelttemperatuur en sluitkracht, voor een optimaal resultaat.
  • Monitoren van de bevoorrading van de smeltbaden en deskundig ingrijpen bij alarmsignalen of technische storingen.
  • Begeleiden van proefspuitingen en het uitvoeren van strikte kwaliteitscontroles om de perfecte afwerking van elk onderdeel te garanderen.
  • Bedienen van een elektrische pallettruck (BT) voor het intern transport en het vlot laten verlopen van de logistieke stroom rond jouw machinepark.
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen om het rendement en de leverstiptheid van de spuitgietlijnen te verhogen.
