The posting

Als Technisch Operator zorg je ervoor dat onze complexe en snellopende productielijnen optimaal blijven functioneren. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan hierbij altijd voorop.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen, opvolgen en bijsturen van geavanceerde productiemachines en verpakkingslijnen.
  • Proactief voorkomen van storingen en snel ingrijpen bij alarmen, technische problemen en machinestilstanden.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen, zoals scrap, kwaliteitsissues, materiaalflow en AGV-gerelateerde problemen.
  • Uitvoeren van line clearances en het correct opstarten en stopzetten van productielijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud volgens het TPM-plan en ondersteunen bij complexere onderhoudswerken.
  • Registreren en rapporteren van interventies en resultaten via systemen zoals SAP en PasX.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bewaken van de product- en proceskwaliteit.
  • Meewerken aan TPM-teams, verbeterprojecten en initiatieven rond continue verbetering.
  • Strikt naleven van veiligheids-, GMP- en bedrijfsprocedures.
  • Actief samenwerken met collega-operators en ondersteunende afdelingen zoals onderhoud en kwaliteit.
  • Delen van je kennis en ondersteunen van collega's binnen het team.

We zoeken een ervaren technische operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van het oplossen van technische uitdagingen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een technische productieomgeving, bij voorkeur als technisch operator.
  • Bij voorkeur een Bachelor of A2/A3-diploma in een technische richting, aangevuld met relevante ervaring.
  • Sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht.
  • Een uitgesproken kwaliteits- en veiligheidsmindset.
  • Oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en in staat om snel de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Doelgericht, KPI-gedreven en gemotiveerd om processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Een teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken en graag kennis deelt met collega's.
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden en ervaring met systemen zoals SAP, PasX, Inmation en MS Office.
  • Basiskennis van GMP, TPM, problem solving, daily management en Kaizen is een pluspunt.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bereidheid om in een ploegensysteem te werken en flexibel om te gaan met de planning.
