Deze organisatie is een modern staalverwerkend productiebedrijf met kernactiviteiten rondom het decoilen en beitsen van warmgewalst staal en de handel en opslag van coils en platen. De organisatie werkt met geavanceerde decoilinstallaties, een plaatbeitsbaan, een automatische inpaklijn en een overdekt warehouse met een opslagcapaciteit van 100 kiloton staal. De vestigingen bevinden zich onder andere in Maastricht en Beverwijk en de groep van bedrijven telt ongeveer 90 werknemers verdeeld over deze locaties. Veiligheid staat binnen deze organisatie op nummer 1 en er wordt gewerkt vanuit een open en informele communicatiestijl in een platte organisatie. De productieomgeving is semi-geautomatiseerd en gericht op het transformeren van rollen staal naar plaatmateriaal met aandacht voor kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kostenbeheersing. Medewerkers krijgen ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling en er is aandacht voor gezondheid en vitaliteit op de werkvloer in Maastricht. - Je bewaakt de machineoutput en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om te waarborgen dat staalplaten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen

- Je verhelpt (dreigende) afwijkingen en storingen en schakelt bij complexe problemen met de meewerkend voorman of Hoofd Productie

- Je voert eerste lijn onderhoud uit aan machines, materialen en gereedschappen
