Ben jij iemand die graag het overzicht houdt op de productievloer en er energie uit haalt om alles tot in de puntjes correct te laten verlopen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige afvulproces: van het opstarten van de lijnen en bedienen van machines tot het correct vullen, verpakken en klaarzetten van de eindproducten voor verzending. Je houdt kwaliteit en veiligheid voortdurend in de gaten, detecteert problemen en zoekt actief naar oplossingen om de productie soepel en efficiënt te laten verlopen.

Takenpakket:

  • Opstarten en afstellen van afvullijnen
  • Bedienen van machines tijdens het afvulproces
  • Correct vullen van producten in de juiste verpakking
  • Uitvoeren van extra handelingen (doppen, doosjes, enz.)
  • Plaatsen van eindproducten op de band en in dozen steken
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige kwaliteitscontroles
  • Detecteren van problemen en zoeken naar oplossingen
  • Correct registreren van handelingen volgens procedures
  • Reinigen van machines en onderdelen
  • Uitvoeren van basisonderhoud
  • Verplaatsen van eindproducten naar het magazijn
  • Laden van afgewerkte orders voor verzending
