Technisch Operator Wil jij als Technisch Operator bijdragen aan de productie van onze potten pindakaas? Heb jij technisch inzicht, ben je analytisch en werk je graag in een hecht team? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! De functie Als Technisch Operator ben jij dé storingsspecialist binnen onze 2-ploegendienst. Je werkt aan onze pottenlijn, waar we onze pindakaas verpakken in potten. Jij pakt alle eerstelijns storingen zelfstandig op. Is alles in orde? Dan draai je gewoon mee in de lijn, samen met je team. Je komt te werken met moderne verpakkingsmachines die potten vullen, deksels draaien, etiketteren, sealen en verpakken. Jij zorgt dat het proces blijft draaien en grijpt in als er iets misgaat. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Operator D en de Teamleider Productie. Wat ga je doen? - Oplossen van eerstelijns storingen aan de pottenlijn; - Meewerken op de lijn bij afwezigheid van storingen; - Ombouwen en afstellen van machines; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden; - Fungeren als schakel tussen Technische Dienst en de operators; - Samenwerken met collega's van productie, Technische Dienst en kwaliteit. Wat breng jij mee? - Ervaring als (technisch) operator in een vergelijkbare productieomgeving - Diploma Mechanisch Operator B/C of minimaal MBO niveau 3 of 4 - Ervaring met lijnombouw, storing zoeken en eerstelijns onderhoud - Je bent stressbestendig, analytisch en werkt graag samen - Je werkt graag in 2 ploegen (06:00-14:30 en 14:15-22:45 uur) - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal Wat bieden wij jou? - Salaris volgens inschaling functiehuis in ons eigen bedrijfsreglement - Ploegentoeslag volgens toeslagenmatrix - Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,23 per km vanaf 10 km enkele reis - Opleidingen: volop ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en vakinhoudelijke training - Extra's: Premievrij pensioen, 13e maand, toegang tot Bredabest fitness, jaarlijkse zomer-BBQ en nieuwjaarsborrel solliciteren?
