Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op dagelijkse productieactiviteiten in een productieomgeving. De organisatie werkt met gestandaardiseerde werkprocessen en richt zich op efficiënte uitvoering van productietaken binnen de productielijnen. Medewerkers in de productie voeren repetitieve en technische werkzaamheden uit en werken volgens vaste werk- en veiligheidsinstructies. De locatie in Rotterdam is operationeel ingericht om productieprocessen soepel te laten verlopen en medewerkers krijgen duidelijke werkopdrachten en instructies. De bedrijfscultuur is gericht op veiligheid, structuur en het behalen van productiedoelen waarbij kwaliteit en continuïteit centraal staan. De productieomgeving vraagt van medewerkers dat zij nauwkeurig en betrokken te werk gaan en signalen over procesafwijkingen tijdig melden aan de leidinggevende. Nieuwe medewerkers ontvangen een praktische inwerkperiode waarin zij worden wegwijsgemaakt in de procedures, veiligheidsregels en het dagelijkse werkritme. Er is aandacht voor goede samenwerking op de werkvloer en voor duidelijk omschreven taken en verantwoordelijkheden zodat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt.

- Je voert eerste lijn onderhoud en eenvoudige storingsoplossingen uit

- Je stelt productparameters bij om een stabiel productieproces te houden

- Je rapporteert storingen en verbetervoorstellen aan de leidinggevende

Functie-eisen: - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare praktische ervaring in een productieomgeving
