Als Technisch Operator bij KP Holland combineer je het allemaal. Op onze veredelingslocatie werk je met alle drie onze productgroepen: Spathiphyllum, Kalanchoë en Curcuma. Als lokaal geworteld familiebedrijf met meerdere locaties in het Westland bieden we je de mogelijkheid om dichtbij huis te werken. Plant excellence: binnen alles wat wij doen, gaan we voor het hoogst haalbare. Je bent breed inzetbaar en werkt mee aan verschillende onderdelen binnen de locatie. Van machinaal verspenen en gewasverzorging tot het beoordelen van planten. Je volgt hoe deze zich ontwikkelen en legt je bevindingen vast in Agriware. Gaat er jong plantmateriaal naar een klant? Dan zorg jij dat alle gegevens rondom de zending kloppen; van aantallen en de pakbon tot aflevergegevens en plantspecificaties. Met jouw kennis en ervaring ondersteun je de Locatiemanager. Ook ben jij als Operator verantwoordelijk voor de verspeenrobot. Je stelt de machine in, optimaliseert de instellingen en lost waar mogelijk storingen op. Zo wissel je het werken met planten af met het bedienen en bijsturen van de robot. Jij bent/hebt: - Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring in de sierteelt, met minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol; - Nederlandstalig; - Interesse in zowel teelt als techniek; - Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en een aanpakker met oog voor kwaliteit; - Bij voorkeur kennis van en ervaring met het ERP-systeem Agriware.
