Word jij de schakel tussen techniek en een vlotte productie? In deze rol zorg je voor een stabiel proces met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid in een 2-ploegendienst.

Bij een van onze klanten in een productieomgeving krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je combineert hands-on werk aan de productielijn met technische ingrepen aan machines. Je ziet direct het resultaat van je werk en merkt de impact als je bijstuurt. Je werkt volgens duidelijke procedures, krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen en kunt rekenen op ondersteuning van je collega’s. Daarnaast is er een correcte planning, structurele opleiding en uitzicht op een vaste indienstname na een interimperiode.

- Bestellen van materialen uit het magazijn en zorgen dat deze op tijd worden aangeleverd - Materialen aanvoeren naar de productielijn en afwijkingen direct signaleren - Producten stapelen en juist voorbereiden voor transport - Uitvoeren van materiaalwissels en veilig opruimen van restanten - Retourstromen tellen, registreren en klaarzetten - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op vaste momenten en resultaten vastleggen - Machines ombouwen volgens productieorders en parameters instellen - Werking van machines volgen en bijsturen waar nodig - Technische storingen zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen - Technische ondersteuning inschakelen bij grotere defecten en status terugkoppelen - Processen controleren, bijregelen en voorstellen doen voor optimalisatie - Uitval hergebruiken volgens afgesproken procedures - Administratie en nauwkeurige registraties bijhouden in systemen - Meewerken aan preventief onderhoud en verbeteracties - Duidelijke overdracht verzorgen bij ploegwissel - Actief deelnemen aan teammeetings en gerichte trainingen - Zorgen voor orde en netheid aan de lijn en werkplek
