Steek jij graag de handen uit de mouwen en zie je werk nog voor iemand het moet aanwijzen? In deze functie combineer je nauwkeurig meten en rekenen met praktisch werk in de productie. Je werkt steeds met twee en zorgt samen met je collega dat panelen op maat worden verzaagd en opnieuw stevig worden samengesteld.

Wat ga je doen? Binnen de productieafdeling worden kunststof panelen in verschillende formaten klaargemaakt volgens de wensen van de klant. Geen puur seriewerk dus: meten, rekenen, verzagen en lassen wisselen elkaar af.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Standaardpanelen verzagen volgens de gewenste afmetingen
  • Op maat gemaakte stukken correct uittekenen en afmeten
  • Versneden onderdelen opnieuw samenlassen tot één geheel
  • Technische plannen gebruiken als leidraad bij het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden
  • Metingen en berekeningen nauwkeurig uitvoeren
  • Werken met verschillende machines en gereedschappen zonder deze zelf te moeten instellen
  • Samen met een vaste collega instaan voor de dagelijkse productie
  • Zelfstandig de werkzaamheden opnemen en initiatief tonen wanneer er werk ligt
  • Collega's ondersteunen wanneer de eigen taken afgewerkt zijn
  • Meewerken aan een nette, veilige en vlotte werkplek

  • Een sterke werkmentaliteit en de bereidheid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Technische feeling is mooi meegenomen, maar een specifiek diploma is niet noodzakelijk
  • Minimaal een secundair diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
  • Goed kunnen rekenen en nauwkeurig kunnen meten
  • Technische plannen kunnen begrijpen en toepassen
  • Fysiek in staat zijn om de job uit te voeren
  • Vlot kunnen samenwerken en collega's helpen wanneer nodig
