Heb je al ervaring met het bedienen en instellen van productiemachines en wil je meer doen dan enkel op start en stop drukken? Hier krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen productieproces. Je stelt machines correct af, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zoekt mee naar een vlotte manier van produceren.

Wat ga je doen? Van de voorbereiding van je machine tot de controle van het eindproduct: je volgt jouw productie nauwgezet op.

  • Aan de hand van technische tekeningen en productiebonnen bepaal je hoe de machine moet worden ingesteld
  • Bij een nieuwe producttype bouw je de installatie om, plaats je de juiste gereedschappen en regel je alles nauwkeurig af
  • Je brengt de grondstoffen aan en zorgt ervoor dat de productie correct wordt opgestart
  • Tijdens het draaien volg je de machine op en controleer je of het proces stabiel blijft verlopen
  • Afgewerkte buizen haal je uit de installatie en controleer je op onder meer diameter, lengte en spleet

Waar ga je werken? Achter deze vacature zit een gespecialiseerde producent van filteroplossingen die zijn machines doorheen de jaren grotendeels vanuit eigen technische kennis heeft ontwikkeld. Die knowhow maakt het mogelijk om verschillende uitvoeringen efficiënt te produceren en tegelijk strenge kwaliteitseisen te bewaken.

De onderneming werkt bewust met een compacte structuur. Daardoor zit er weinig afstand tussen productie, techniek en management en kunnen beslissingen snel genomen worden.
