Dan is dit jouw kans om te bouwen aan een stabiel en efficiënt productieproces binnen een groeiende organisatie waar vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan. FunctieomschrijvingIn deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten draaien van het spuitgietproces. Je werkt met moderne machines, robots en matrijzen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en continuïteit gewaarborgd blijven. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Instellen, ombouwen en opstarten van spuitgietmachines en matrijzen - Instellen en optimaliseren van robots voor een stabiel productieproces - Bewaken van het productieproces en controleren van productieparameters - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en beoordelen van eindproducten - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen tijdens de productie - Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en inspectiewerkzaamheden aan machines en randapparatuur - Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten om processen efficiënter en betrouwbaarder te maken - Bijhouden van de bijbehorende productieadministratie

Functie eisenJe voelt je thuis in een technische productieomgeving en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werk. Je werkt gestructureerd, schakelt snel bij afwijkingen en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en procesverbetering. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Ruime ervaring in een productieomgeving - Technisch inzicht in spuitgietmachines, matrijzen en/of randapparatuur - Ervaring met robots; het kunnen uitvoeren van kleine aanpassingen is een pré - Basiskennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
