Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf met bijna een eeuw ervaring, uitgegroeid van een kleine werkplaats tot een toonaangevende speler in de metaalverwerking en bewerkingstechnologie. In de regio Kortrijk bouwen meer dan 70 collega’s dagelijks verder aan een sterk verhaal van kwaliteit en vakmanschap.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in precisieslijpen en motorrevisie, en staat bekend als een echte one-stop-shop voor klanten uit binnen- en buitenland. Dankzij een uitgebreid machinepark kunnen zowel standaard als zeer specifieke opdrachten uitgevoerd worden, tot op een nauwkeurigheid van één micrometer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bedient samen met je collega de volledige bewerkingslijn voor PVC-profielen en staal
  • Je legt de juiste profielen en staalstukken op basis van wat het scherm aangeeft zoals kleur, type, volgorde en aantal
  • Parameters stel je bij indien dat nodig is om de afwerking te optimaliseren
  • Je springt flexibel bij aan de lijn, zoals bij het aanbrengen van staal of afnemen van afgewerkte stukken
  • Kleine technische storingen los je zelf op waar mogelijk, bij grotere problemen schakel je een technieker in
  • Je houdt de voorraad profielen in de gaten en geeft tijdig bestellingen door aan de verantwoordelijke
  • Aan de lasmachine controleer je of je de juiste vier stukken hebt zonder schade
  • Je verifieert bewerking en kleur, dit wordt na verloop van tijd een routine
  • Gelaste verstekken controleer je en indien nodig pas je de freesparameters aan via de computer
  • Je voert regelmatig maatcontroles uit voor en na het lassen
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, essentieel voor veiligheidsinstructies en teamoverleg
  • Ervaring in ramen- en deurenproductie of met industriële bewerkingslijnen is vereist
  • Je hebt een goed gevoel voor fijne motoriek en kan kwaliteitsgericht samenwerken
