Voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in het blenden en verpakken van vloeistoffen voor de automotive sector zijn wij op zoek naar een technisch operator.

Wie zoeken we?

Als technisch operator ben je:

  • Nauwkeurig: gericht op aflevering van kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, alsook in teamverband.
  • Veiligheid: de omgeving van de productielijn netjes houden.
  • Fysiek in staat om bussen, tot 25 kg te heffen.
  • flexibel om af en toe te werken in een vroege ploeg, maar voornamelijk zal je werken in de vaste late ploeg.

Functieomschrijving

Als technisch operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productielijn.

Wat houdt dit in?

Ombouw van een productielijn:

  • De lijn aanpassen aan/ombouwen volgends de technische fiche.
  • Ombouwen naar andere bussen, doppen, labels, dozen de print instellen voor op de bus/fles/doos.
  • Programmatie: productiegegevens selecteren en parameters instellen zoals hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling.
  • Opstart lijn.

Afvullen:

  • Technische fiche checken op correctheid van de materialen.
  • Afgevulde bussen manueel in dozen steken.
  • Detecteren en oplossen van storingen.
  • Rapporteren aan productiemanager.
