The posting

Als Operator sta je in voor het vervaardigen van verschillende betonproducten, zoals betonblokken, klinkers en boordstenen. Je bewaakt het volledige productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. De afgewerkte producten breng je vervolgens met de heftruck naar de juiste opslaglocatie op de site.

  • Je stelt de pers correct in, kiest de juiste productiegegevens en past de parameters aan volgens de planning.
  • Je bedient de installatie en zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte productiecyclus.
  • Dankzij je inzicht in het proces kan je stilstanden analyseren, oorzaken opsporen en gepaste oplossingen suggereren.
  • Na verloop van tijd kan je kleine technische storingen zelfstandig verhelpen.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde producten en werkt hierin nauw samen met het labo.
  • Je verplaatst de afgewerkte goederen met de heftruck naar de juiste voorraadlocatie op de site.
  • Je werkt in een twee ploegenstelsel samen met je collega-operatoren.

Gedreven en betrokken: Je gaat elke dag gemotiveerd aan de slag en toont inzet binnen je team.

Ervaren operator: Je hebt ervaring als productie- of machineoperator en werkt nauwkeurig, geconcentreerd en met oog voor veiligheid.

Heftruckvaardig: Je kan vlot en veilig met een heftruck rijden — dat is een must in deze functie.

Technisch onderlegd: Je begrijpt hoe machines werken en kan logisch redeneren bij kleine storingen of procesproblemen.

Flexibele teamplayer: Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Samenwerken met collega’s geeft je energie.
