Technisch Operator Planten beoordelen, machines instellen en zorgen dat jong plantmateriaal goed vertrekt. Als Technisch Operator combineer je techniek en teelt iedere werkdag. Als Technisch Operator werk je op een veredelingslocatie met Spathiphyllum, Kalanchoë en Curcuma. Daardoor ziet geen werkdag er precies hetzelfde uit. De ene keer ligt de aandacht bij de planten, even later vraagt de verspeenrobot om jouw technische inzicht. Naaldwijk Zuid-Holland Tuinbouw Sierteelt Techniek Productie Tuinbouw 32 - 40 uur MBO Wat ga je doen als Technisch Operator? - Je werkt mee aan het machinaal verspenen en verschillende werkzaamheden rondom de gewasverzorging; - De ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van planten houd je goed in de gaten en beoordeel je nauwkeurig; - Bevindingen over de planten leg je duidelijk vast in het ERP systeem Agriware; - Bij zendingen van jong plantmateriaal controleer je aantallen, pakbonnen, aflevergegevens en plantspecificaties; - Met jouw kennis en ervaring ondersteun je de Locatiemanager bij verschillende werkzaamheden op de locatie; - De verspeenrobot stel je zelfstandig in en de instellingen pas je aan voor een optimaal resultaat; - Storingen aan de robot probeer je waar mogelijk zelf op te lossen, zodat het werk soepel doorgaat; - Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag, waarbij de werktijden tussen 7.00 en 17.00 uur liggen. Wat zij bieden: Een baan waarin techniek en teelt echt samenkomen. Bovendien krijg je veel afwisseling, ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en werk je met drie verschillende productgroepen. - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.750,- en € 4.110,- op basis van een 38-urige werkweek; - Een functie voor 32 tot 38 uur per week, waardoor er ruimte zit in jouw werkweek; - Ieder jaar bouw je 25 vakantiedagen op en ontvang je 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Bij goed functioneren ligt er uitzicht op een vast contract voor je klaar; - Via opleidingen, cursussen en een talentprogramma krijg je volop mogelij...
