De productieomgeving is een industriële fabriek waar men zich richt op het efficiënt en veilig verwerken van staal tot draadproducten; medewerkers voeren productieprocessen uit volgens duidelijke werk- en veiligheidsinstructies; het proces vraagt aandacht voor kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid; operators werken in ploegendiensten en stemmen dagelijks af om continuïteit te garanderen; er is een cultuur van verbeteren waarbij medewerkers worden gestimuleerd om technische en procesverbeteringen aan te dragen; het bedrijf hanteert kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen die door iedereen dienen te worden nageleefd in de productieomgeving in Dokkum.

- Je bedient productiemachines en ondersteunt bij het omstellen binnen de ploeg als Technisch Operator

- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de draadstaal en voert eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles uit als Technisch Operator

- Je voert eerste lijn onderhoud en kleine storingsoplossingen uit en schakelt bij complexe storingen de technische dienst in

- Je werkt volgens werk- en veiligheidsinstructies en meldt afwijkingen direct

- Je draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen om output en efficiëntie te optimaliseren

Functie-eisen: - Beschikbaar om in 3 ploegen te werken

- Ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving

- Basis technisch inzicht en handigheid bij het bedienen van machines
