Bedrijfsomschrijving:Locatie: Zaandam.

Deze organisatie is een logistieke locatie in Zaandam met een productieomgeving voor emballageverwerking. De locatie verwerkt lege kratjes en flessen met volledig gemechaniseerde installaties in een schone en georganiseerde omgeving. Medewerkers bedienen transportbanden en emballageverwerkende machines met mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische, besturings- en hydraulische onderdelen. Het werk omvat bedienen van machines, oplossen van eerste lijn storingen, bijvullen van grondstoffen en het registreren van productiegegevens. De functie wordt aangeboden als een BBL-leerwerktraject van twee jaar waarbij je vier dagen werkt en één dag naar school gaat zodat je vakkennis opdoet tijdens het werk. Er is begeleiding vanaf dag één en aandacht voor veilig werken volgens werkvoorschriften en toolboxoverleggen. Onderhoud en planning worden ondersteund met datagedreven inzichten om stilstand te beperken en de beschikbaarheid van installaties te verbeteren. Werken gebeurt in ploegendienst en medewerkers ontvangen een ploegentoeslag en een reiskostenvergoeding. De omgeving kent een internationale context en samenwerking en communicatie zijn belangrijk voor het behalen van productiedoelstellingen in Zaandam.

- Je lost eerste lijn storingen op om de productie te herstellen als Technisch Operator

- Je vult grondstoffen bij en voert controles en preventieve handelingen uit

- Je administreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen en storingen

- Je werkt volgens het BBL-schema van vier dagen werken en één dag school en werkt in ploegendienst
