FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Je stelt productiemachines in, bouwt ze om en start ze op volgens de productieplanning.
  • Je voert controles uit en zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct en veilig werken.
  • Je voert autonoom en preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties.
  • Je spoort eerstelijns technische storingen op en lost deze op.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie en onderhoud.
  • Je leert stap voor stap mechanische en elektrische storingen opsporen en oplossen.
  • Je kan tijdens drukke momenten ook worden ingezet als productiemedewerker.
  • Je volgt een opleidingstraject om op termijn door te groeien naar onderhoudstechnieker.

Waar kom je terecht?

  • Je komt terecht in een moderne en geautomatiseerde productieomgeving in Herentals. Je maakt deel uit van een technisch onderhoudsteam en werkt mee aan het draaiende houden van verschillende productielijnen en installaties.

Hoe ziet je week er uit?

  • Je werkt voltijds in een 40-urenweek.
  • Je start met een inloopperiode in productie, waarna je geleidelijk wordt opgeleid tot machinesteller.
  • Tijdens je werkweek wissel je het instellen en ombouwen van machines af met kwaliteitscontroles, onderhoud en het oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Daarnaast krijg je de nodige opleiding en begeleiding om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en op termijn door te groeien naar onderhoudstechnieker.

PROFIEL

Diploma:

  • Je hebt geen specifiek diploma nodig, maar een technische opleiding is een pluspunt.

Gewenste ervaring:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring als operator of machinesteller.
  • Technische ervaring en kennis van machines zijn noodzakelijk.
