Onze klant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf in de voedingssector. Geen anonieme site met honderden collega's en een badge aan de poort, maar een overzichtelijk bedrijf waar ze mekaar bij naam kennen en waar de baas nog op de vloer komt. De productielijnen zijn state-of-the art, dus je werkt met modern en goed onderhouden materiaal.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit? Je hangt niet acht uur aan dezelfde knop. Je wisselt af tussen machinewerk en heftruck, en dat is precies wat deze job anders maakt dan klassiek bandwerk.

  • Je bedient, stelt in en stelt om, zodat de lijn blijft draaien zonder onnodige stilstanden
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit onderweg: vulling, etiket, verpakking, en je registreert wat nodig is
  • Je pikt kleine storingen op en lost ze mee op in plaats van te wachten
  • Je haalt met de heftruck grondstoffen en materiaal uit het magazijn en zet alles klaar
  • Je brengt de afgewerkte producten terug en stapelt correct
  • Je houdt je werkplek proper en veilig
  • Een technische opleiding, of je hebt het geleerd door het te doen
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in productie, waarvan minstens twee jaar in een functie waar technisch inzicht telde
  • Je kan vlot rijden met de heftruck. Heb je reeds een attest? Dat is mooi meegenomen
  • Nederlands spreken en schrijven
  • Je bent fysiek in orde, want tillen en verplaatsen hoort erbij
  • Je wil weten hoe een machine werkt, niet enkel hoe je ze aanzet
