Elke dag een technische uitdaging. Is dat iets voor jou? Voor onze hightech productieomgeving zoeken wij een nauwkeurige en technisch ingestelde operator. Je werkt aan maatwerk en kleine series, waarbij kwaliteit en precisie belangrijker zijn dan snelheid en aantallen. Digitale printtechnologie en werken in een cleanroom zijn onderdeel van het werk; ervaring daarmee is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Werk jij liever aan hoogwaardige vliegtuigonderdelen dan aan massaproductie? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Bij Aviation Glass & Technology ontwikkelen en produceren we vrijwel onbreekbaar, ultradun gelamineerd glas voor commerciële en zakelijke vliegtuiginterieurs. Denk aan spiegels, ramen, verlichting, douchedeuren en decoratieve panelen. Alles wordt op maat gemaakt in onze hightech fabriek in Voorthuizen. Wat ga je doen? Als technisch operator ben je een belangrijk onderdeel van ons productieteam. Je werkt met moderne productietechnieken in onze cleanroom, in een proces waarin kwaliteit, herhaalbaarheid en zorgvuldigheid vooropstaan. • Productieopdrachten voorbereiden en uitvoeren, waaronder digitale printopdrachten. • Machines en apparatuur instellen, bedienen, controleren en zorgvuldig onderhouden. • Werkinstructies, bestanden en instellingen beoordelen en waar nodig afstemmen. • Tijdens en na het productieproces visuele kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en gegevens nauwkeurig registreren. • Afwijkingen signaleren, meedenken over oorzaken en verbeteringen, en werken volgens de cleanroom afspraken. Je werkt in een klein en enthousiast team, volgens het principe: samen weten we het beter dan alleen. Je werkt nauw samen met de werkvoorbereider, collega's in productie en onze technische specialisten.
