The posting

Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar suikerproducten worden verwerkt en verpakt. Je werkt binnen een team waarin machines, productkwaliteit en een correcte werkwijze dagelijks samenkomen.

Als technisch operator leer je de verschillende machines en het verpakkingsproces grondig kennen. Ervaren collega's begeleiden je bij de opstart en via interne opleidingen kun je je technische kennis verder uitbreiden.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je stelt de inpakmachines in en bedient ze tijdens het productieproces.
  • Je bouwt de productielijn om wanneer een ander product wordt ingepland.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de verpakte producten.
  • Je grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen vaststelt.
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen op en voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit.
  • Je stelt de automatische stapelaar in en bedient deze.
  • Je verwerkt productiegegevens en registreert de uitgevoerde inpakactiviteiten.
  • Je verplaatst en hanteert zakken van ongeveer 15 tot 25 kg.
  • Je volgt de veiligheid- en hygiënevoorschriften tijdens het volledige productieproces.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt kleine storingen zelfstandig aanpakken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en controleert je werk zorgvuldig.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar stemt vlot af met collega's.
