The posting

Voor Organon, een farmaceutisch bedrijf in Heist-op-den-Berg, zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Polyvalent Operator LOC.

In deze functie combineer je technische taken met operationele ondersteuning binnen de productie. Je wordt mee ingeschakeld als operator productie, maar staat daarnaast ook in voor het ombouwen, onderhouden en oplossen van technische storingen aan de productie-installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat het afvul- en inpakproces vlot, veilig en correct verloopt volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen, procedures en GMP-richtlijnen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als Technisch Polyvalent Operator LOC sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Ombouwen van productielijnen in functie van de geplande productieorders
  • Aanpassen van installaties aan de juiste opstellingen en productievereisten
  • Instellen van nieuwe parameters en uitvoeren van testorders
  • Stand-by blijven tijdens de opstart van een omgebouwde productielijn
  • Uitvoeren van preventieve smeer- en nazichtactiviteiten
  • Oplossen van technische pannes en storingen aan productie-installaties
  • Ondersteunen van de afdeling Onderhoud bij grote stilstanden, preventief onderhoud en projecten
  • Uitvoeren van lock-out/tag-out taken volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Monteren en demonteren van wisselstukken
  • Uitvoeren van reinigingstaken, zoals het vervangen van filters
  • Opvolgen van meldingen rond storingen en defecten
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten rond installaties en productielijnen
  • Uittesten van verbeteringsmogelijkheden en nieuwe machines
  • Uitschrijven en aanpassen van instructies en procedures bij nieuwe of gewijzigde machines
  • Communiceren over de status van verbeterprojecten en hierover training geven waar nodig
  • Invullen van werkorders, interventierapporten en andere administratieve documenten
  • Registreren van benodigde materialen en werkmiddelen en aanvullen van stock
  • Bewaken van technische standaarden en procedures binnen jouw lijnverantwoordelijkheid Werkomstandigheden Je werkt in een farmaceutische productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Hierbij moet je rekening houden met:
  • Regelmatig heffen en tillen van wisselstukken en vaten
  • Af en toe werken in een gebogen of geknielde houding op moeilijk bereikbare plaatsen
  • Nu en dan blootstelling aan lawaai
  • Werken onder tijdsdruk door productieplanning en technische interventies
  • Sporadische blootstelling aan vuil
  • Beperkt persoonlijk risico, zoals snijwonden, kneuzingen of contact met gevaarlijke stoffen, waarbij PBM’s en veiligheidsvoorschriften steeds verplicht zijn

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een diploma Hoger Secundair Onderwijs A2 of gelijkwaardig is door ervaring
  • Relevante ervaring heeft binnen een technische of productieomgeving
  • Bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring kan voorleggen
  • Kennis heeft van de werking en bediening van productiemachines
  • Technische kennis heeft van mechanica, elektriciteit (BA4), hydraulica, pneumatica, meet- en regeltechnieken
  • Beschikt over kennis van montagetechnieken en storingzoeken
  • Vertrouwd is met problem solving methoden
  • Veiligheidsgericht werkt en procedures nauwgezet opvolgt
  • Prioriteiten kan stellen bij technische interventies
  • Vlot kan omgaan met een wijzigende planning
  • Correct en nauwkeurig administratieve taken kan uitvoeren
  • Duidelijk communiceert met collega’s, operatoren, techniekers en leidinggevenden
  • Een goede kennis heeft van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Een basiskennis Engels heeft
