Voor een moderne producent van hoogwaardige kunststofproducten zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Operator / Machinesteller die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en direct van toegevoegde waarde wil zijn. FunctieomschrijvingAls machinesteller speel je een sleutelrol binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de spuitgietmachines optimaal zijn ingesteld en dat productwissels efficiënt en zorgvuldig verlopen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - In- en uitbouwen en afstellen van matrijzen - Ombouwen, instellen en bedienen van spuitgietmachines - Realiseren van snelle en foutloze productwissels - Bewaken en optimaliseren van het productieproces - Samenwerken met collega’s binnen productie en verspaning - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en goed georganiseerde - werkplek - Ombouwen van kwetsbare aluminium matrijzen - Zeer fijn afstellen van machines en matrijzen - Je werkt in dagdienst binnen een hightech productieomgeving met moderne machines en randapparatuur.

Functie eisenVoor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die technisch inzicht combineert met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je beschikt over: - Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving; - Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met machines; - Ervaring in fijnmechanische werkzaamheden (bijvoorbeeld fijnmechanische assemblagewerkzaamheden of werkzaamheden als gereedschaps-/ instrumentbeheerder) - Een nauwkeurige en zorgvuldige werkwijze; - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor kwaliteit; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een proactieve en collegiale instelling.
