The posting

Voor een nieuwe functie in Genk gaan we op zoek naar een Technisch Operator. Hierin ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen programmatie en productie. Je werkt niet uitsluitend achter een computer: je programmeert én bedient de machines op de werkvloer.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het programmeren en instellen van machines.
  • Het bedienen en opvolgen van de machines tijdens de productie.
  • Werken met FANUC- en Siemens-sturingen.
  • Werken met Fusion 360 voor programmatie en voorbereiding.
  • Controleren of de productie correct en volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteit verloopt.
  • Kleine afwijkingen of technische problemen signaleren en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.
  • Zelfstandig je werkzaamheden organiseren en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor je machines.

Voor deze functie als Technisch Operator zoeken we vooral iemand die technisch sterk is en al ervaring heeft met programmatie.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande omschrijving:

  • Je hebt ervaring als programmeur, CNC-operator of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van (CNC-)programmatie.
  • Ervaring met Fusion 360 is belangrijk
  • Je kan werken met FANUC en Siemens
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt inzicht in machines en productieprocessen.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je vindt het leuk om niet enkel te programmeren, maar ook zelf met de machines aan de slag te gaan.
