Kom werken als Productieoperator in deze moderne farmaceutische productieomgeving regio Dendermonde, en draag bij aan kwalitatieve geneesmiddelen die dagelijks wereldwijd worden ingezet.

Dit bedrijf is sinds 1980 actief in de farmaceutische sector en uitgegroeid tot een betrouwbare partner voor de top 20 farmabedrijven wereldwijd. Vanuit de verschillende productiesites zetten meer dan 150 enthousiaste medewerkers zich dagelijks in om niet-steriele geneesmiddelen te produceren en te verpakken. Naast productie bieden we ook ondersteuning op het vlak van onderzoek en ontwikkeling. Als Productieoperator Bereider ben jij essentieel voor een vlotte, veilige en kwalitatieve productie. Je werkt in een vaste nachtploeg na een grondige interne opleiding in 2-ploegenstelsel. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze productieapparatuur optimaal draait en dat elk product aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen voldoet.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bereiden van farmaceutische producten volgens strikte recepten en procedures
  • Afwegen en controleren van grondstoffen volgens GMP-richtlijnen
  • Bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van productieapparatuur zoals mengers, homogenisatoren en vultoestellen
  • Uitvoeren van in-procescontroles, inclusief pH- en viscositeitsmetingen, en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens en invullen van batchdocumentatie
  • Samenwerken met afdelingen Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Planning, Verpakking en Magazijn om een vlotte productieflow te garanderen
  • Je kan terugkijken op een eerste werkervaring binnen een rol als operator of productiemedewerker
  • Flexibel ingesteld en positief ingesteld bij snel veranderende productieomstandigheden
  • Bereid om eerst een opleidingsperiode in 2-ploegenstelsel te volgen en daarna over te schakelen naar vaste nachtdienst
  • Ervaring in farmaceutische productie is een pluspunt maar niet vereist
