Als Technisch Operator Productie combineer je operationeel productiewerk met een belangrijke technische verantwoordelijkheid binnen onze productieomgeving.

Je werkt actief mee in de dagelijkse productie, maar bent tegelijk één van de technische aanspreekpunten wanneer een installatie niet functioneert zoals verwacht.

Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht kan je een storing analyseren, eenvoudige technische interventies zelf uitvoeren en inschatten wanneer bijkomende gespecialiseerde ondersteuning nodig is.

Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in ons preventief onderhoud. We willen immers niet wachten tot een machine stilvalt: door installaties regelmatig te controleren, afwijkingen vroegtijdig te herkennen en kleine technische problemen onmiddellijk aan te pakken, verhogen we samen de betrouwbaarheid van onze productie.

Je vormt daarmee de technische schakel tussen onze operatoren en gespecialiseerde externe techniekers.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Productie • Je werkt mee in onze dagelijkse productie en bedient verschillende productie- en afvulinstallaties.

• Je zorgt voor een correcte opstart, bediening, omstelling en reiniging van installaties.

• Je volgt productieorders en werkinstructies nauwkeurig.

• Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde binnen je werkzone.

• Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en denkt actief mee over een vlotte productieorganisatie.

Technisch onderhoud & storingen • Je voert technische diagnoses uit bij storingen die niet door een operator kunnen worden opgelost.

• Je voert gepland preventief technisch onderhoud uit aan productie- en afvulinstallaties.

• Je demonteert, monteert en stelt installaties technisch af binnen je eigen competenties.

• Je controleert en vervangt waar nodig slijtageonderdelen zoals dichtingen, lagers en riemen.

• Je voert eenvoudige herstellingen uit aan onder andere pompen, kleppen, leidingwerk, perslucht en mechanische componenten.

• Je ondersteunt collega’s bij complexere instellingen en terugkerende technische problemen.

• Je helpt technische interventies en bevindingen registreren zodat we een bruikbare onderhoudshistoriek opbouwen.

• Je denkt mee over verbeteringen op vlak van betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid, ergonomie en efficiëntie.

• Je hoeft daarbij niet alles zelf te kunnen herstellen. Wanneer een interventie specifieke expertise, bevoegdheden of een verhoogd veiligheidsrisico inhoudt, bespreek je dit met de Productie Manager.

• Je bent in de eerste plaats een goede operator met technische aanleg en interesse. Ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker is geen absolute vereiste maar is wel een plus.

• Je wil bij een technisch probleem niet alleen vaststellen dát iets niet werkt, maar ook begrijpen waarom.

• Je beschikt idealiter over een technische opleiding of hebt door ervaring een goede technische basis opgebouwd in bijvoorbeeld mechanica, elektromechanica, onderhoud of industriële productie.

• Je hebt voeling met mechanische installaties en componenten zoals pompen, kleppen, lagers, dichtingen, aandrijvingen en perslucht.

• Je werkt veilig, kent je eigen technische grenzen en weet wanneer gespecialiseerde ondersteuning nodig is.

• Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.

• Je werkt gestructureerd en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om controles, interventies en technische afwijkingen correct te registreren.

• Je hebt technische nieuwsgierigheid en wil gaandeweg steeds meer technische verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
