Wil jij mee bouwen aan de opstart van een nieuwe productieomgeving?

Ben jij een ervaren operator en zoek je een vaste job in een moderne, hoogtechnologische productieomgeving? Voor een nieuwe vlakglasfabriek in regio Lommel zoeken wij een Operator Productie die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over een geautomatiseerde productielijn.

Als productieoperator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, stabiel en kwalitatief verloopt. Je bedient machines, volgt processen op, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in wanneer nodig.

Je krijgt de unieke kans om vanaf de start mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe fabriek, met een grondige opleiding en mogelijkheden om mee te groeien binnen de organisatie.

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verdere verloop van het productieproces. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde installaties en zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn optimaal blijft draaien.

Jouw taken:

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van productie-installaties binnen het productieproces
  • Controleren en bijsturen van geautomatiseerde productielijnen
  • Opvolgen van de koeloven, snijlijn, kwaliteitscontrole en verpakkingsinstallaties
  • Instellen en omstellen van machines bij productwissels
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op halffabricaten en eindproducten
  • Bewaken van productiegegevens en registreren van afwijkingen
  • Signaleren van storingen en samenwerken met de technische dienst
  • Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerken
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving
  • Samenwerken met collega-operatoren en de shiftleader

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich thuis voelt in een technische productieomgeving.

Je beschikt over:

  • Ervaring als operator, productieoperator, machineoperator of technisch operator
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur met geautomatiseerde processen
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om problemen snel te herkennen
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding
  • Een goede teamgeest en duidelijke communicatie
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een volcontinu ploegensysteem
  • Bereidheid om met grote heftrucks te rijden
