Wil jij meewerken aan de toekomst van duurzame energie en groene bouwoplossingen? Als profileerder speel je een sleutelrol in het productieproces van stalen profielen die onder andere gebruikt worden in diverse toepassingen.

We zijn actief in de automobielsector, maar ook voor landbouwmachines, tuinafsluitingen, solarinstallaties en andere ecologische toepassingen kunnen we zeker iets betekenen!

Ons productieproces bestaat er in om een rol bandstaal door middel van walsrollen om te vormen tot een afgewerkt profiel dat voldoet aan strikte technische en kwaliteitsnormen. De rol van de operator profileerder bestaat er in om dit productieproces in goede banen te leiden.

Je staat er niet alleen voor! Na een opleiding krijg je continu ondersteuning van een ervaren meestergast en een team van technische experten die je begeleiden en sturen waar nodig. Dankzij regelmatige productwissels blijft je job boeiend en technisch uitdagend.

Jouw werkdag bestaat uit:

  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van een profileerlijn
  • Uitvoeren van visuele en technische kwaliteitscontroles
  • Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen
  • Flexibel inspelen op productwissels en technische uitdagingen
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om productie-efficiëntie te verhogen
  • Werken met een duidelijke hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor veiligheid
  • Technisch diploma (mechanica, elektromechanica of mechanische vormgevingstechnieken) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in planlezen Goede kennis van het Nederlands Hands-on ingesteld Flexibel en leergierig Fysiek werk spreekt je aan Je bent een teamplayer Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
