Ben jij technisch aangelegd en op zoek naar een uitdagende job in de voedingssector? Werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het opvolgen van een volledig productieproces? Dan is deze functie als operator in Turnhout misschien wel iets voor jou!

Jouw taken Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de juiste recepturen en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt en grijpt in wanneer nodig.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van productiemachines.
  • Afwegen en verwerken van grondstoffen volgens receptuur.
  • Bewaken en bijsturen van het productieproces.
  • Handmatig en nauwkeurig werk. Je zal nog niet werken met geautomatiseerde processen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op het eindproduct.
  • Kleine technische storingen analyseren en zelfstandig oplossen waar mogelijk.
  • Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij grotere storingen.
  • Werken volgens de geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je werkplek netjes houden volgens het clean-as-you-go-principe.

Je komt in een team terecht dat vollop aan het groeien is. Hierdoor schakelen we begin 2027 over van dagdienst naar twee ploegen. We bieden zekerheid met een vast contract vanaf dag 1!

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen.
  • Ervaring als operator is belangrijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent hands-on en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Fysiek in orde zijn is belangrijk voor het manuele werk.
  • Je bent bereid om vandaag in dagdienst te werken én vanaf 2027 over te schakelen naar een 2-ploegenstelsel.
