Heb je een technische opleiding achter de rug en wil je daar écht iets mee doen? Of heb je al ervaring als operator en zoek je een job met verantwoordelijkheid, een stevig loonpakket en werkzekerheid?

Voor een overheidsgebonden afvalverwerkingsorganisatie in de regio Brugge zoeken we een technisch operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en niet terugdeinst voor volcontinu werk.

Wat ga je doen? Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische afvalverwerkingsinstallatie waar drie ovenlijnen dag en nacht blijven draaien. Samen met je ploeg zorg je ervoor dat alles veilig en vlot blijft werken.

  • De installaties bedienen en permanent controleren
  • De goede werking en continuïteit van de ovenlijnen bewaken
  • Technische problemen opsporen en analyseren
  • Storingen mee helpen oplossen
  • Onderhoudswerken en technische interventies uitvoeren
  • Verschillende technische disciplines combineren, zoals elektriciteit en mechanica
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt naleven
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid in de installatie
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de installatie operationeel te houden

Je krijgt een grondige interne opleiding zodat je de installatie en de verschillende processen goed leert kennen. Je werkt in een volcontinu systeem:

  • Vroege ploeg: 06.00 – 14.00 uur
  • Late ploeg: 14.00 – 22.00 uur
  • Nachtploeg: 22.00 – 06.00 uur

Je wisselt af tussen deze shiften en werkt samen met een vaste technische ploeg.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een intergemeentelijke overheidsorganisatie in de regio Brugge die instaat voor afvalinzameling en afvalverwerking in Brugge en omliggende gemeenten. In de hoogtechnologische afvalenergiecentrale wordt afval verwerkt en omgezet in energie. Met ongeveer 180 medewerkers draagt de organisatie dagelijks bij aan een duurzamere leefomgeving.

Je werkt in een technische omgeving waar veiligheid, samenwerking en continuïteit belangrijk zijn. Je maakt deel uit van een ploeg die samen verantwoordelijk is voor het draaiende houden van de installatie.

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in elektriciteit, mechanica, elektronica, elektromechanica of stuurtechnieken
  • Je hebt een goede technische basis en begrijpt hoe machines en installaties werken
  • Je hebt interesse in elektriciteit, mechanica en industriële processen
  • Je werkt graag praktisch en steekt de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je denkt logisch na wanneer er een technisch probleem opduikt
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk
  • Je functioneert goed in een team
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands
  • Je bent bereid om in een volcontinu systeem te werken

Net afgestudeerd? Ook als je binnenkort afstudeert in een technische richting, kom je in aanmerking. Je krijgt een grondige interne opleiding om de job onder de knie te krijgen. Ervaring als operator of in een industriële omgeving is een pluspunt.
