Bij deze productieomgeving staat kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal. Als operator in 5 ploegen ben jij de sleutel tot een soepel productieproces en draag je bij aan het leveren van producten van topkwaliteit. Je werkt in een moderne productie- en besturingsruimte en bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste werking van de machines en de productiekwaliteit.

Deze speler is financieel gezond en stabiel, en investeert actief in zijn medewerkers. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal team waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en een gestructureerde werkwijze centraal staan. Dankzij interne opleidingen krijg je alle tools om je functie optimaal uit te oefenen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Controleren van de correcte werking van de productiemachines en opvolgen van de productiekwaliteit
  • Uitvoeren van ondersteunende werkzaamheden zoals onderhoud en reiniging
  • Werken volgens de vastgelegde werk-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsinstructies
  • Signaleer afwijkingen en werk samen met collega’s om productieonderbrekingen te voorkomen
  • Proactief meedenken over verbeteringen in de productieprocessen
  • Ervaring als operator is een must, daarnaast genoot je bij voorkeur ook een technische opleiding
  • Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegenstelsel te werken (wisselend tussen maandag t/m zondag: 5u-13u, 13u-21u, 21u-5u)
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en flexibel ingesteld
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
