  • Innovatie: Breng verbeteringen aan in het productieproces en werk samen met het team om ze te implementeren.
  • Support: Help collega-operators met technische ondersteuning en andere taken.

Jij bent:

  • In het bezit van een technisch diploma (A2) of hebt relevante ervaring.
  • Veiligheidsbewust en zorgt voor je eigen veiligheid en die van je team.
  • Iemand met GIT (Goesting In Techniek).
  • Een teamspeler die duidelijk communiceert, vooral bij ploegoverdrachten.
  • Netjes en georganiseerd, je houdt van een schone werkomgeving.
