Wil jij als Technisch Planner dagelijks puzzelen met routes, techniekers en onverwachte wijzigingen, zonder zelf aan de installaties te moeten sleutelen?

Voor een klein en hecht bedrijf in regio Gent zoeken we een Technisch Planner die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. De organisatie telt ongeveer 15 medewerkers en vormt de operationele schakel tussen grote opdrachtgevers, klanten en een uitgebreid netwerk van technische partners in heel België.

Binnen het team heerst een informele, directe werksfeer. Medewerkers krijgen veel autonomie en schakelen snel wanneer klanten, techniekers of planningen daarom vragen. Geen logge structuur dus, maar korte communicatielijnen en collega's die samen problemen oplossen.

Als Technisch Planner kom je terecht binnen een afdeling die onderhouds- en servicecontracten voor ongeveer 65.000 klanten coördineert.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technisch Planner stel je dagelijks efficiënte planningen op voor techniekers die verspreid over heel België onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren
  • Bij onverwachte afwezigheden, dringende interventies of wijzigingen stuur je de planning snel bij en zoek je naar de meest logische oplossing
  • Daarnaast onderhoud je telefonisch contact met klanten en techniekers, behandel je vragen en klachten en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen correct geïnformeerd blijft
  • Vanuit jouw technisch inzicht interpreteer je foutcodes en technische informatie voldoende om de juiste gegevens correct door te geven aan de technieker
  • Tot slot combineer je routeoptimalisatie, administratieve opvolging en prioriteitenbeheer zodat de dagelijkse planning vlot blijft verlopen
  • Qua opleiding is een specifieke technische studie geen absolute vereiste, waarbij een achtergrond binnen planning, customer service, transport, zorg, energie of dispatching eveneens goed kan aansluiten
  • Op vlak van ervaring heb je bij voorkeur al gewerkt in een functie waarin plannen, klantencontact, coördinatie of snel schakelen centraal stonden
  • Daarnaast beschik je over technische affiniteit en voldoende logisch inzicht om technische informatie te begrijpen en correct aan techniekers door te geven
  • Voor een vlotte en veilige communicatie beheers je het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je minstens op B2-niveau Frans professioneel communiceren
