Voor de serviceafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een planner / werkvoorbereider. Vanuit de vestiging onderhoud je dagelijks contact met klanten en verzorg je de planning van het landelijke team van ervaren buitendienstmonteurs. De functie omvat de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Contact met klanten in heel Nederland betreffende machine-onderhoud, SKH-keuringen, reparaties, installeren van nieuwe machines en uitlevering van materialen; - Planning van de werkzaamheden voor de buitendienstmonteurs. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte uitvoering en geeft de monteurs duidelijke instructies over de aard van de werkzaamheden; - Maken, controleren en aanleveren van werkorders en tekeningen; - Maken van (technische) offertes voor diensten van de service-afdeling; - Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met dealers, leveranciers en interne afdelingen zoals magazijn, verkoop en administratie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde technische MBO 4 opleiding; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met planning en/of werkvoorbereiding; - Woonachting in de (directe) omgeving van Amsterdam; - Communicatief en administratief vaardig.
