Jij bent de persoon met technische kennis, die kansen ziet, kritisch is, risico's in kaart brengt en opzoek gaat naar constante verbetering. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Planontwikkelaar ben jij de verbindende factor tussen visie, ontwerp en uitvoering. Je werkt aan diverse woningbouw- en commerciële projecten die door het ontwikkelteam worden gerealiseerd. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische plannen haalbaar, uitvoerbaar en van hoge kwaliteit zijn en draagt actief bij aan de verdere (uit)ontwikkeling van onze projecten. Je vertaalt de projectvisie en ontwikkeldoelstellingen van Bun naar concrete technische invulling en bewaakt de kwaliteit gedurende het hele project. Je werkt nauw samen met onze projectontwikkelaars en externe partijen zoals adviesbureaus en aannemers. Daarbij neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor de technische uitwerking en los je knelpunten tijdig en doordacht op. Je onderzoekt hoe de projectvisie het beste gerealiseerd kan worden door de technische mogelijkheden en optimalisaties te onderzoeken, uit te werken en waar mogelijk door te voeren. Jij bent kritisch en draagt bij aan de juiste invulling van het programma van eisen, wat aansluit bij de ambities en kwaliteitsstandaarden van onze organisatie.
