Planontwikkelaar Renovatie & Verduurzaming Met een passie voor duurzaamheid en verbetering Wat je gaat doen Ga jij als Technisch Planontwikkelaar aan de slag met de renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten van een groot en toonaangevend bouwbedrijf in Noord-Brabant? Dan ben jij de technische spil in het voortraject. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid dat de projectplannen technisch goed worden uitgewerkt, zodat de werkvoorbereiding er mee verder kan. Als Planontwikkelaar vertaal jij de klantwens naar een concreet, haalbaar en uitvoerbaar projectplan. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als Technisch Projectontwikkelaar bestaan onder meer uit: - het technisch verder uitwerken van de projectplannen; - afstemmen met de opdrachtgever en andere stakeholders. - opzetten en uitwerken van haalbaarheidsanalyses; - begrotingen beoordelen en alternatieven aandragen; - begeleiden van het projectteam in het ontwikkelproces. Wie we zoeken Ben jij degene die we zoeken voor de functie van Technisch Planontwikkelaar bij deze innovatieve ontwikkelende aannemer? Dan ben jij een bouwtechnisch goed onderlegde professional met het talent om anderen te motiveren. Jij bent geïnteresseerd in verduurzaming van de bestaande bouw en wilt graag je steentje bijdragen aan de energietransitie. Structuur aanbrengen, coördineren en het overzicht bewaren in complexe situaties, daar ben jij sterk in. Jij bent een teamplayer met kennis van de bestaande bouw. Bovendien beschik je over: - ten minste een hbo-diploma Bouwkunde; - minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring; - een scherp analytisch en bouwtechnisch inzicht; - kennis van bouwmethoden en processen; - communicatievaardigheden in woord en geschrift.
