Onze klant, een innovatieve producent van hoogwaardige eiwitproducten in de regio Olen, is op zoek naar een technisch procesoperator. Het bedrijf werkt met een geavanceerd biochemisch productieproces waarbij eiwitten worden omgezet in kwalitatieve proteïnepoeders die wereldwijd worden verdeeld.

In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het opvolgen en sturen van het productieproces. Wie ambitie heeft, krijgt bovendien de kans om op termijn door te groeien naar shiftleader, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de volledige werking van de plant tijdens jouw shift. Daarnaast bestaat er later ook de mogelijkheid om over te stappen naar een vast weekendteam.

Als procesoperator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces efficiënt en stabiel verloopt. Dit houdt onder andere in dat je:

  • Procesparameters opvolgt en analyseert vanuit de controlekamer
  • Instellingen aanpast wanneer afwijkingen worden vastgesteld
  • Regelmatig controles uitvoert op de installaties op de werkvloer
  • Storingen of technische afwijkingen opspoort en oplost via het besturingssysteem of rechtstreeks in de productieomgeving
  • 1 à 2 assistent-operatoren aanstuurt en ondersteunt waar nodig
  • De productdoorstroming controleert en stalen neemt voor kwaliteitscontrole
  • Administratieve registraties correct bijhoudt
  • Waakt over orde, netheid en veiligheid in de productieomgeving
  • Productielijnen occasioneel ombouwt en opnieuw opstart bij wissel van product
  • Verbeterideeën aanreikt aan de productie- en onderhoudsverantwoordelijken om processen te optimaliseren
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem (vroeg, laat en nacht) van maandag tot vrijdag
  • Na opleiding kan je doorgroeien naar een vast weekendteam
  • Je hebt basiskennis van elektromechanica
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving zoals chemie, voeding of pharma is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hecht belang aan kwaliteit, orde en netheid
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan een klein team aansturen
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands en Engels
