Functie

Voor onze klant gelegen te Tienen zijn we op zoek naar een technisch procesoperator om uiteindelijk te werken in 4 ploegen:

  • Je wordt ingeschakeld voor het verwerken van de nevenstromen voor de bijproducten en je gaat instaan voor het zuiveren van afvalwaters
  • Je gaat deels in de productie staan en op termijn in de controlekamer
  • Uitvoeren van logistieke taken met heftruck en wiellader: beladingen van de bijproducten, opvolgen van de planning, stock en productiecijfers, controle van vrachtwagens en transport, opvolgen van de hulpstoffen (verbruik, bestellingen en leveringen)
  • Bijsturen en controleren van de productie van bijproducten en zuivering van afvalwater
  • Technische storingen oplossen van de installaties, preventief onderhoud
  • De inline meetapparatuur controleren. Aanbrengen en controleren van de labels op de installaties, leidingen, kleppen , etc.
  • Je volgt het proces op via WinCC en via de analyse van de processtalen
  • Streven naar een constante goed kwaliteit door regelmatig processtalen te analyseren en paramaters bij te sturen
  • Aansturen van het waterzuiveringsproces zodat de milieunormen niet overschreden worden
  • Opvolgen en uitvoeren van testen in het kader van verbeteringsprojecten, overleg met supervisoren, aandacht hebben voor mogelijke gevaren, meewerken aan orde en netheid op de werkvloer

Profiel

  • Je hebt een diploma A2 Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt zowel kennis van mechanica als elektriciteit en bent bereid om een BA5 attest te behalen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds 3 jaar ervaring in een industriële werkomgeving. Ervaring met chemische procesvoering, kwaliteitssystemen, controle-analyse en waterzuivering zijn pluspunten
  • Je bent bereid om een heftruck- en wielladerattest te behalen
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 4 ploegensysteem (van maandag tot vrijdag, afwisselend dagploeg, vroege, late, nacht)
  • Opleiding en vervangingen vinden plaats in volcontinusysteem (werkreeksen van 7 dagen met afwisselend, vroege, late en nacht)
  • Je spreekt , leest en schrijft goed Nederlands
