The posting

De extrusieafdeling zet verschillende soorten plastic afval, zoals maalgoed, poeders, folies en spuitstukken, om tot nieuwe granulaten of korrels.

Deze korrels dienen later opnieuw als grondstof voor kunststofverwerkende bedrijven.

Binnen deze afdeling worden de materialen eerst geknipt, versnipperd en opgezogen, waarna ze naar de extrusielijnen worden geleid.

Als Technisch procesoperator krijg je een stapsgewijze opleiding zodat je de volledige installatie leert kennen.

Wat verwachten we van jou als Technisch procesoperator op de extrusie afdeling?

  • Je bedient de machines en installaties op een correcte en veilige manier.
  • Je hangt bigbags op en opent ze voor verdere verwerking.
  • Je meldt afwijkingen of storingen tijdig aan de ploegbaas of het afdelingshoofd.
  • Je voert dagelijkse staalnames uit, in samenwerking met het afdelingshoofd en/of het labo.

Voor de functie van Technisch procesoperator zoeken we iemand die:

  • Reeds enkele jaren ervaring heeft binnen een productieomgeving als operator.
  • In het bezit is van een heftruckattest, of bereid is om dit via het bedrijf te behalen.
  • Geen schrik heeft van fysiek werk.
  • Technisch inzicht heeft en graag bijleert.
  • Bereid is te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem (vroege, late, nacht).
  • De Nederlandse taal voldoende beheerst om veilig, nauwkeurig en volgens de procedures te kunnen werken.
