Je komt te werken in een ons-kent-ons bedrijf. Ben je gepassioneerd over techniek en geïntrigeerd door de cementindustrie? Dan is deze functie jouw volgende stap! Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Processpecialist 5-Ploegen ben je cruciaal voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve cementproductie, waarbij je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werkt. Je bedient en controleert het productieproces via geavanceerde systemen, neemt monsters en reageert snel op afwijkingen. Daarnaast voer je inspecties uit, analyseert problemen en helpt met oplossingen. Je draagt bij aan onderhoud en houdt je strikt aan veiligheidsprotocollen, zoals Lototo en werkvergunningprocedures. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige werkomgeving en een soepele voortgang van het proces. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het bedienen, controleren en nauwkeurig afstemmen van het productieproces met behulp van geavanceerde procescomputers en meet- en regelpanelen; - Je bewaakt het proces continu, neemt regelmatig monsters en grijpt in bij eventuele verstoringen om een optimale productie te waarborgen; - In samenwerking met je team voer je inspectie- en controlerondes uit om problemen te identificeren en op te lossen, met als doel een probleemloze productie te handhaven; - Naast je operationele taken draag je bij aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden, die van essentieel belang zijn voor zowel productie-efficiëntie als veiligheid; - Je volgt strikte veiligheidsprotocollen, inclusief Lototo- en werkvergunningprocedures, ondersteund door taak-risicoanalyses en LMRA's, om een veilige werkomgeving te garan...
