Voor een productiebedrijf in Mechelen, gespecialiseerd in industriële slangen en koppelingen, zoekt Vivaldis een Technisch Productiemedewerker. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieteam en zorg je voor kwalitatieve montage en afwerking van maatwerkproducten.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Monteren en assembleren van industriële slangen en koppelingen volgens technische specificaties
  • Bedienen van een (rubber) snijtafel voor het nauwkeurig op maat snijden van materialen
  • Uitvoeren van visuele en functionele testen op afgewerkte producten
  • Herstellen van beschadigde of defecte slangen
  • Registreren van testresultaten en kwaliteitscontroles
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen aan de verantwoordelijke
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en basisonderhoud van machines en gereedschap

Je werkt in daguren binnen een gestructureerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Er is ruimte om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen via interne opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Je beschikt over:

  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in montage of productie, bij voorkeur in een technische of industriële omgeving
  • Handigheid in het werken met gereedschappen en machines zoals snijtafels en persen
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (lezen, begrijpen en communiceren)
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Bereidheid om fysiek werk uit te voeren en langdurig staand te werken
  • Teamspirit en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn en bereidheid om interne opleidingen te volgen

Een specifiek diploma of attesten zijn niet vereist, maar technische affiniteit is belangrijk. Je bent voltijds beschikbaar en werkt graag in vaste daguren.
