Voor een innovatief productiebedrijf in Aalten zoeken wij een Technisch Productiemedewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en een belangrijke rol speelt binnen het productieproces.

Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Productiemedewerker ben jij de technische spil op de werkvloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal functioneren en ondersteunt de operators wanneer dat nodig is. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht blijven de machines draaien en worden storingen snel opgelost.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:- Het opstarten en afsluiten van de productielijnen; - Het ombouwen van productielijnen voor verschillende producten; - Machines en installaties nauwkeurig afstellen; - Sensoren en andere technische onderdelen instellen en controleren; - Storingen signaleren en zelfstandig oplossen; - Operators ondersteunen bij technische vragen; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op instellingen en eindproducten; - Terugkerende storingen analyseren en meedenken over verbeteringen; - Onderhouds- en storingsmonteurs ondersteunen waar nodig.
