The posting

Voor een van onze klanten, een toonaangevend productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in betonproducten, zijn wij op zoek naar een technisch productiemedewerker voor de coatingafdeling.

Je komt terecht in een technische en hands-on omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en vakmanschap centraal staan. Afhankelijk van je ervaring start je met een focus op de voorbereiding en afwerking van betonstukken of op het bedienen van de coating-installatie. Na een grondige opleiding leer je het volledige productieproces kennen en groei je uit tot een polyvalente medewerker binnen de afdeling.

Jouw taken

Het grootste deel van je werkzaamheden bestaat uit de voorbereiding en afwerking van betonproducten:

  • Betonstukken voorbereiden door onder andere zandstralen, kaleien en herstellingen uit te voeren.
  • De werkplaats klaarmaken en voorbereidende werkzaamheden uitvoeren, zoals afplakken en folie plaatsen.
  • Buizen, putten en andere betonproducten verplaatsen met behulp van een heftruck.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en de afwerking bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Na opleiding de coating-installatie bedienen, opstarten en de parameters opvolgen.
  • Het productieproces nauwlettend bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Epoxycoating aanbrengen, zowel machinaal als manueel, afhankelijk van het product en de situatie.
  • De coating-installatie reinigen en zorgen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek.
  • Afval correct sorteren en afvoeren volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Steeds werken volgens de voorgeschreven veiligheidsvoorschriften en PBM-richtlijnen.

Na je opleidingsperiode word je ingezet over het volledige proces en word je een belangrijke, polyvalente kracht binnen de coatingafdeling.

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft in een bouwgerelateerde of chemische omgeving.
  • Een technische en temperatuurgevoelige werkomgeving niet afschrikt.
  • Ervaring heeft met het spuiten of aanbrengen van coatings of chemische producten.
  • Nauwkeurig werkt en veel belang hecht aan kwaliteit en een verzorgde afwerking.
  • Graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en houdt van een praktische, afwisselende en hands-on job.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kan werken.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en actief meedenkt over een vlot productieproces.
  • Een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn heeft en orde en netheid belangrijk vindt.
  • Ervaring heeft met een heftruck of beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest. Dit is een pluspunt.
