Als Technisch Projectassistent ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze technische dienstverlening. Je zorgt voor een vlotte planning, administratieve opvolging van projecten en ondersteunt techniekers zodat elke opdracht efficiënt kan worden uitgevoerd.

Omschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je volgt technische projecten administratief op van opstart tot oplevering
  • Je verwerkt aanvragen, bevestigingen en projectupdates
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse planning van techniekers
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers tijdig beschikken over alle nodige informatie en materialen
  • Je communiceert wijzigingen in de planning naar alle betrokken partijen
  • Je plaatst en volgt materiaalbestellingen op
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers over beschikbaarheid en levertermijnen
  • Je detecteert mogelijke problemen of vertragingen en denkt mee over oplossingen
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen collega's, techniekers, klanten en leveranciers

Je hebt het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans
  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische omgeving of je hebt sterke interesse in een technische werkomgeving (Kennis van elektriciteit, beveiligingssystemen of IT-infrastructuur is een extra troef)
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en je houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht
  • Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Outlook, Excel
  • Ervaring met ERP-, plannings- of projectsoftware is een pluspunt
