ProfCore ondersteunt AEC Systems in Herten bij de werving en selectie van een technisch projectbegeleider milieutechniek, die direct een contract krijgt bij AEC Systems.

AEC Systems ontwerpt en realiseert maatwerkinstallaties die de energie-efficiëntie verbeteren en bijdragen aan een duurzame leef- en werkomgeving. De organisatie richt zich voornamelijk op het leveren van totaaloplossingen met betrekking tot emissieproblemen/luchttechniek. Als Technisch Projectbegeleider Luchttechniek ben jij de spil tussen collega’s van verkoop en engineering, klanten en andere externe partijen om projecten optimaal te begeleiden. Je waarborgt de voortgang van projecten, zorgt dat technische afspraken worden waargemaakt en behoudt het overzicht. Door jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en gestroomlijnde planning zorg je dat klantverwachtingen worden overtroffen en projecten tot in de puntjes afgerond worden.

Jouw werkzaamheden als Technisch Projectbegeleider beperken zich niet tot je bureau, je zult ook regelmatig projectlocaties en leveranciers bezoeken. Wat je allemaal te wachten staat?

  • Je coördineert werkzaamheden op locatie, inclusief kwaliteits- en planningsbewaking.
  • Je beheert en versterkt actief samenwerkingsrelaties met installateurs, leveranciers en externe stakeholders.
  • Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor een zorgvuldige projectadministratie, waaronder het opstellen van technische- en voortgangsrapportages
  • Je begeleidt en stuurt projecten aan van opdracht tot oplevering bij de klant, inclusief aftersales.
  • Je bent het organisatorisch en technisch schakelpunt tussen engineering, uitvoering en klant.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over HBO werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting, denk aan werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek. Ook kandidaten met een afgeronde MBO4-opleiding en aantoonbare relevante werkervaring worden van harte uitgenodigd om te reageren.
  • Je hebt actuele en aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie (projectbegeleiding of projectmanagement) in de technische sector.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het geen probleem om naar projectlocaties te reizen (nationaal en internationaal).
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engels taal uitstekend, additionele kennis van Duits is een pré.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een geldig VCA-VOL en BHV-certificaat. Niet in het bezit, geen probleem! Deze kun je ook via de organisatie alsnog behalen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, een verbinder en gaat gestructureerd te werk.
