  • Je voert werfvergaderingen en bespreekt voor de opstart van het project met architect en bouwheer;
  • Je doet precieze opmetingen, tekent die via AutoCAD en bespreekt met zowel de opdrachtgever als het intern team;
  • Als technisch projectleider lijst je ook orders op, volg je productie op en start je de installatie op;
  • Je staat in contact met installatieteams via interne meetings en hands-on op de werf zelf;
  • Budgetcalculatie voor, tijden en na het project behoort ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden;
  • Je communiceert het verloop van project en installatie met de opdrachtgever;
  • Per project kan je ook eventueel onderaannemers zoeken om mee onder je hoede te nemen;
  • Dit alles doe je samen met jouw collega-bouwdeskundigen, architecten en partners om het project te optimaliseren.

ProfielDit zijn kenmerken van de ideale match:

  • Je behaalde jouw rijbewijs B of hoger;
  • Je kan je team motiveren en hebt een actieve werkhouding;
  • Als technisch projectleider kan je goed leiding geven en beschik je over de nodige kennis van bouw;
  • Om vlot te kunnen communiceren met iedereen kan je niet alleen Nederlands, maar ook Frans en Engels;
  • Je kan goed werken met de computer en AutoCAD;
  • Jij ziet voor elk probleem een oplossing;
  • Jouw kennis van CNC of productie is een pluspunt.
