Jouw opdracht: ontwerpen vertalen naar een succesvolle uitvoering. Hoe? Door complexe bouwprojecten van werkvoorbereiding tot oplevering in goede banen te leiden. Als Technisch Projectleider neem jij de regie over planning, kwaliteit, budget en veiligheid. Je verbindt mensen, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat plannen werkelijkheid worden. Als Technisch Projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische realisatie van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Na de ontwerpfase neem je het stokje over van de projectmanager en begeleid je het project tot en met de oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht en dat afspraken worden nagekomen.Je werkt bij een ontwikkelende bouwer die zich richt op duurzame, slimme en toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Samen met een ambitieus team werk je aan projecten die waarde toevoegen voor opdrachtgevers en hun omgeving. Je bent en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor: - Aansturen van het bouwteam en eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de werkvoorbereiding; - Verbinden van opdrachtgevers, interne teams, leveranciers en andere externe partijen; - Organiseren van projectinkoop en contractvorming; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit, informatie en organisatie (GOTIK); - Signaleren en beheersen van projectrisico’s en bewaken van de veiligheid; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsinspecties en zorgen voor een succesvolle oplevering; - Bewaken van de voortgang door onder andere dag- en weekstarts en regelmatig aanwezig te zijn op de bouwlocatie. Jij bent een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte projectleider die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van samenwerken. Je houdt overzicht, durft beslissingen te nemen en weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen. Met jouw heldere communicatie en kritische blik stuur je op kwaliteit, voortgang en resultaat.
