Ben jij een technisch sterke projectleider die graag dicht bij de praktijk staat? In deze functie combineer je werfopvolging, technische kennis en people management. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over leidingtechnische projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid en vertrouwen.

Je komt terecht in een middelgroot bouwbedrijf met een sterke expertise in bijzondere infrastructuurprojecten, waaronder ondergrondse leidingtechnieken en restauraties van historische monumenten. Geen twee projecten zijn hetzelfde en je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig je aanpak te bepalen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bereidt leidingtechnische werven voor en volgt ze op van A tot Z.
  • Je maakt planningen en budgetten op en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Je stuurt arbeiders en onderaannemers aan op de werf.
  • Je organiseert en leidt werfvergaderingen.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, timing en rendement.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je neemt technische en praktische beslissingen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een middelgroot bouwbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in unieke infrastructuurprojecten met een maatschappelijke meerwaarde. De projecten gaan onder meer van ondergrondse leidingtechnieken tot de restauratie van historische monumenten. Je werkt in compacte teams met korte communicatielijnen. Er is weinig hiërarchie en veel vertrouwen: je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken en je eigen stempel op projecten te drukken. De sfeer is collegiaal, nuchter en no-nonsense. Je werkt vanuit een kleiner kantoor waar mensen elkaar kennen en waar naast het werk ook ruimte is voor ontspanning – inclusief een dartsbord in de vergaderzaal.
